Public sale of real estate, organized by private judicial contractor Gergana Ilcheva was announced. The property for sale is an empty yard in the village of Vasil Levski, Municipality of Opan, Stara Zagora. It has an entire area of 2350 sq. m., with 150 sq. m. of them not applied street regulation. According to a tax assessment certificate issued by the Municipality of Opan, the property has an area of 2261 sq. m. in district 53 of the village. In case one of the participants offers an oral higher price with the amount of one call, an oral bid will take place. All amounts above BGN 30 000 require a declaration of the origin of the funds.
