Auction sale of farmland in Shumnatitsa, district Kirkovo

Public sale of real estate, organized by private judicial contractor Rosen Sirakov was announced. The real estate that will be sold includes forest meadow and forest pasture in the village of Shumnatitsa, Kirkovo Municipality, Kardzhali District. The starting price for the forest meadow is BGN 81,03, for forest pasture - BGN 126,14 and for the second forest pasture - BGN 234,10. There are burdens on the properties recorded by a private court contractor. The interested may examine the properties in the days from Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 17:00 in the office of the Regional Court in Shumnatitsa. The tender bid is 10% of the starting price. The purchase proposals shall be submitted to the Regional Court in a printed envelope until 29.09.2023. The bidder who made the highest bid will be declared a buyer of the property.
