Public sale of property was announced, which will be held on 20.12.2024 at 14:00 in the building of R.S.S., located on 12 Georgi Benkovski Street in Svilengrad. The presence of the bids is mandatory. The bids must present origin of their funds under art. 4, para 7 and art. 6, para 5, item 3 of the Law on Measures against Money Laundering. Also, if the bidder is a legal entity, he must provide a statement of the actual owner of that legal person under Art. 6, para 2 of the same law. The public sale itself is attended by a private court contractor, who shall draw up a protocol and announce the buyer according to Art. 492 of the Civil Procedure Code. The declared buyer after the acquisition of the property must pay a tax to the Municipality of Svilengrad, a fee to the Registry Agency, an Property Register, as well as expenses for drawing up a decree, placing in possession and deletion of burdens, according to the Tariff for Fees and Costs under Art. 424 of the Cash-Accounting Operations Instruction and Control of the Agents for the Execution of Trials.
