The third property is 2/27 i.e. parts of land property with identifier 69359.164.2 in the village of Stoykovo, Haskovo Municipality, Haskovo area, with an area of 9899 sq.m., intended for agricultural activity, with an initial price of 1173,60 BGN. The properties have registered burdens and the property owner can appear in the law firm of the private judicial contractor Nikoleta Kavakova or in the building of Haskovo District Court to review the papers. All interested parties can look at the properties during the working days during the public sale. To participate in the bidding, a fee of 10% of the starting price must be paid in advance to a special bank account. The biders may submit proposals for a price in writing in an envelope in the office of Haskovo District Court. Bidding ends on the last working day, and the bids may be withdrawn by the specified deadline. After the bidding is completed, the private court contractor shall draw up a protocol and announce the buyer. The buyer must pay an acquisition tax to Haskovo Municipality, fees and expenses for drawing up a decree to the Registry Agency, Property Register, as well as for entering into possession and deletion of burdens.
