The third property is 2/27 i.e. parts of land property with identifier 69359.164.2 with an area of 9899 sq.m., intended for agricultural activity, way of use - levels category of land - 5. The price for it is 1173.60 BGN. All properties have registered burdens, including the prohibition of collection in favor of Aniya EAD, BIC 203670940. The interested may appear in the office of Private Judicial Contractor Nikoleta Kavakova in Haskovo or in the building of Haskovo District Court for review of the documentation. Participation in the bidding shall be subject to a call of 10% of the initial price to be paid in advance to a special bank account.
