The fourth property is agricultural levels with an area of 4 027 sq.m., category of land: 6. The starting price is BGN 1 084,55. Proposals for participation in the public sale shall be accepted in the Svilengrad District Court's office. An amount of 10% of the initial property valuation is required. The payments above 30 000 BGN require presentation of declarations about the origin of the funds. The opening of the bidding proposals will be held on 10.01.2023 in the District Court of Svilengrad. If there is more than one bidder for a given property, an oral bid will take place. All interested parties may review the properties from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 before the date of sale.
