To participate in the bidding, buyers must pay 10% of the starting price. The offers for purchase are accepted until 19.06.2023 in the office of Haskovo District Court. In the case of bidding with more than 30% below the starting price, proposals shall be considered invalid. On 20.06.2023 public bidding will take place in Haskovo District Court, where the buyer will be announced. If a bid price exceeds the bid price, an oral bid will take place. The buyer must provide a declaration of origin of his funds.
