Public sale of real estate, owned by the debtor G.N.G., organized by private court contractor Nikoleta Kavakova was announced. The public sale will take place between 26.06.2023 and 17:00 on 26.07.2023. The properties to be sold include: 1. 1/2 ideal part of land property in Svilengrad with an area of 3 698 sq.m., with initial price of 1 497.60 BGN 2. 1/2 ideal part of land property in the village of Mikhalic with an area of 3 999 sq.m., with initial price of 1 121,60 BGN 3. 1/2 ideal part of land property in the village of Michalich with an area of 1 204 sq.m., with initial price 375,20 BGN. Each of the properties has registered burdens in favor of the demanding U.B.A.. Those who wish can report to the office of the C.H.C. in Haskovo or to the building of the District Court of Svilengrad to review the properties. For participation in the bidding, a call of 10% of the starting price is required for each property to be submitted in advance to a special bank account. The bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope with the corresponding receipt for the submitted bid. Proposals may be withdrawn by the end of working hours on the last day. Public sale ends with the buyer's announcement on 27.07.2023 in the presence of the bids.
