Participation in the bidding is required to pay 10% of the starting price in advance to a special bank account. Offers for purchase are submitted to the office of the H.C. in Svilengrad until 15.12.2023 until 17:00. The sellers can look at the properties each working day during the public sale or after prior arrangement with CSI. The bidders must submit their offers for purchase in a sealed envelope for each property separately. The bidding parties shall be entitled to one bidding offer for each property and may not participate with proposals below the starting price or exceeding by more than 30% of the starting price. The sale of the properties will take place on 18.12.2023 in the building of the District Court of Svilengrad in the presence of the bids. If the proposed price exceeds BGN 29 337.45 (15 000 euros), the buyer must present a declaration of origin of his funds. The declared buyer must pay an acquisition tax and other charges and charges.
