Public sale of real estate, organized by Private Judicial Contractor Nikoleta Kavakova, Reg. number 929, was announced with action in the district of Haskovo District Court. The sale will take place between 15.11.2023 and 15.12.2023 of the following properties belonging to the debtor M.D.K.: 1) Land property in Lisovo village, Kichi Dere locality, with an area of 18 999.00 sq.m., intended for agricultural land - pasture, with an initial price of 2668.00 BGN 2) Land property in Lisovo village, BOSTANLAKA locality, with an area of 550.00 sq.m., intended for agricultural land - pasture, with an initial price of 849.60 BGN 3) Land property in Lisovo village, BELETTE KAMUNI locality, with an area of 550.00 sq.m., intended for agricultural land - pasture, with an initial price of 2720.00 лв. The properties are burdened with different burdens, with acts and contracts entered on them. Participation in the bidding is required to pay 10% of the starting price per special bank account. The purchase proposals shall be submitted in a printed envelope for each property separately. The sellers can look at the properties every working day during the public sale or after prior arrangement with H.C. The public sale will take place on 18.12.2023 in the District Court of Svilengrad. In the case of a proposed price above BGN 29 337.45 (15 000 euros), the buyer must present a declaration of origin of the funds under the legislation. The buyer should also pay an acquisition tax to Svilengrad Municipality and expenses for entries in the Property Register.
