Public sale of real estate, owned by the debtor INHOLD EAD, organized by private court contractor Nikoleta Kavakova was announced. The first property is indicated by identifier 43877.10.1, located in the village of Lisovo, Svilengrad municipality, Haskovo area, area of 20 947 sq. m., intended agricultural, method of use pasture, with initial price of 5000 BGN. There are included burdens on it as a bet of a commercial enterprise and bans in favour of banks. The second property has identifier 43877.11.0, with area of 15 403 sq. m, situated also in the village of Lisovo, Svilengrad municipality, Haskovo area, with initial price of 4757.60 BGN and with similar weights as the first property. To participate in the bidding, a fee of 10% of the starting price of each property must be paid. The bids can be submitted in sealed envelopes in the District Court of Svilengrad until 27.06.2023. In the case of declared price above BGN 29 337.45 (15 000 euro), the buyer must present a declaration of origin of the funds and legal persons - a declaration of the actual owner. The sale will be announced on 28.06.2023 in the District Court in Svilengrad, with an oral bid on a proposal for a higher price.
