Buyers wishing to participate in the public sale as bids must pay 10% of the starting price of the property. Offers for purchase are accepted in the office of the District Court in Svilengrad. The opening of offers will take place on 17.05.2023 in the District Court building. If there is more than one proposal, bidding will take place. Upon completion of the sale, the bid is returned to the bider if it is not declared a buyer. In the case of a proposed price exceeding EUR 15 000, the buyer must submit a declaration of origin of the funds.
