Auction sale of farmland in Stanintsi, Godech district

Public sale of real estate, organized by private court contractor Vladimir Tsachev was announced. The properties declared for sale are owned by Mine Stanintsi AD and include two soil properties. The first property is with identifier 15572.27.32, located in the village of Stanintsi, Godech Municipality, Sofia area, with cadastral number 000475, with initial price 97058.40 BGN. The second property has identifier 12320.6.532 located in the village of Vrbovtsi, Godech Municipality, Sofia, with initial price 111760.00, BGN. The properties are used for coal mining with a concession approved by the Council of Ministers. There are different weights and bets on the properties. Public sale will take place in the District Court of Kostinbrod and will start on 09.09.2023, ending on 09.10.2023. The bidding proposals will be opened on 10.10.2023. The participants must deposit 100% of the starting price of the property and the proposals are submitted within the term of the sale in the office of the Regional Court. The biders who do not pay the bid within the established deadline lose their call. Proposals by persons without the right to participate, with a price below or more than 30% thereof, shall be null and void.
