The properties are declared for sale to satisfy the claim to B.D.A.. To participate in the sale, the bids must pay 10% of the starting price of the property. Bids can look at the properties every Monday and Thursday from 3:00 to 5:00. The bidding proposals are submitted in a sealed envelope in the office of the District Court- Silistra during the duration of the public sale. A bidding party can only make one offer.
