The public sale will be conducted by bidding, with anyone willing to participate, offering a price higher than the initial bid. For participation it is necessary to submit a bill in advance to the bank account at "Banka DSK" EAD branch - Gabrovo. The bids must indicate the price offered by them with numbers and words and submit their proposal with a receipt for the submitted request in a sealed envelope in RS town of Tryavna, Judicial Executive Service. The sale will take place on 30.06.2023 at 11:30 in the presence of the participants, with the private court performer Vesela Tsoneva drawing up a protocol and announcing the buyer.
