Public sale of real estate is announced, which is organized by private judicial contractor Gergana Ilcheva. The interested persons are given the opportunity to submit bidding offers for the property of debtor P.I.M., owned by UniCredit Bulbank AD. The bidding proposals should be submitted to the office of the District Court in Stara Zagora until 19.10.2023 until 17:00. On 20.10.2023 at 10:00 in the building of the District Court in Stara Zagora will announce the bidding proposals received, defining the highest offer. In case one of the participants offers a price higher than the amount of the call, an oral tender will be held between them. Sums over 30 000 BGN require submission of declarations under the Law on Measures against Money Laundering.
