The weight on the property is prohibited in favor of the demander listed in the S.V.E. To participate in the bidding is required to deposit a bill of BGN 1090 on the bank account of the private court contractor Irina Hristova in "I.A.B." Yambol. The bids must present their offer for the purchase of the property in a sealed envelope containing the price expressed in both figures and words, together with the receipt for the submitted claim. The proposals are accepted in the DUI's office at RS-Elhovo and are entered in the entry register.
