Auction sale of land for building in Ruyno, Dulovo district

Public sale of real estate belonging to H.Z.M. was announced to satisfy the claim of Bank of DSK AD Sofia. The property to be sold is listed as land property in the village of Rujno, Silistra district. It is UPI I 97 in sq. 4 according to the regulation plan of the village, with an area of 1020 sq.m. The property has borders and neighbors - road, UPI II - 98; on both sides - levels. The starting price for bidding of the property is 3 120.00 BGN. The property is burdened with a ban entered into the Registry Office in Dulovo. The bid for participation in the sale is 10% of the starting price and is submitted in advance by bank transfer. Anyone wishing to participate in a public sale may examine the property at the specified days and hours. The bidder can make only one bidding offer, which must be presented in a sealed envelope together with a receipt for the submitted bid. The bidding proposals may be withdrawn within the time limit set. Proposals which do not meet the requirements or exceed the starting price by more than 30% shall be considered invalid. The bidding proposals will be announced in the presence of the participants at the appointed time and place in the building of the District Court-Dulovo.
