There is a public sale of a temporary site with an area of 50 sq.m, located in Burgas, Meden Rudnik, near Petko Rosen school. The site is built on the basis of Art. 120, para. 4 of PSU with Building Permission No 40/13.05.1992. The sale will be held in the building of Regional Court in Burgas, with an initial price of 7 280 BGN. The interested may appear in the office of the private judicial contractor Georgi Mihalev for a review of the site. It is imperative to submit a task of BGN 728 by bank transfer in advance. The bids must offer a price that exceeds the starting price by 30%. The proposals are submitted to the office of the Regional Court in Burgas. On 17.10.2024 a protocol will be drawn up at 11:30 and announced the buyer in the presence of private court contractor Georgi Mihalev.
