Regulated plot of land in the village of Snake, Dospat municipality, Smolyan area, with an area of 185 sq.m., intended for another purpose, with an initial price of 2220.00 BGN 3. Regulated land property in Barutin village, Dospat municipality, Smolyan district, with an area of 120 sq.m., intended for garage, with initial price 1248.00 BGN. Each of the properties has been banned from securing claims of the applicants in the enforcement proceedings. The security was entered in the Registry Office, Devin. Participation in the bidding is required to place a call of 1094 on the starting price of the property. The bids must submit a bidding offer that contains a price, property, personal/company data and signature. The proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope at the Court of Justice at Devin District Court. The announcement of a buyer will take place on 20.03.2025 at Devin District Court. The buyer must present money laundering declarations if the value of the property is more than 15 000 euros. The buyer is obliged to pay fees and expenses, including a fee for drawing up a decree of award, a tax on the acquisition of property and others.
