Public sale of real estate, owned by S.B.N. and N.B.N., organized by private judicial contractor Lucia Taseva was announced. The property to be sold is 1/2 (one second) an ideal part of a yard with an area of 1250 sq.m. in the village of Vedrina, Dobrichka municipality. According to the property certificate, the property has an area of 1175 sq.m. and is regulated as a planner at UPI XXX-74. The property is located near the center of the village, with access by asphalt road and stone crushed pavement. It is of a correct rectangular shape, extended towards the southwest-northeast facing a street. On the property there is a two-storey building built around 1985-1988, for which there is no deed of ownership available. Each bider must indicate the price offered by him with numbers and words and submit his offer together with the receipt for the package submitted in a sealed envelope. The sale will take place on 15.08.2023 in the Dobrich District Court building. During the tender, the bidders will be able to submit their proposals in the presence of the private contractor.
