Auction sale of farmland in Tsarkva, district Balchik

Public sale of real estate, organized by private judicial contractor Lucia Taseva in Dobrich, has been announced. The sale will take place in Balchik District Court, between 19.06.2023 and the end of the working day on 19.07.2023. The property to be sold is an abandoned ore land with an area of 4000 sq.m. in the village of Tsarkva, Koru Tepe locality, Balchik municipality, Dobrich district. The property has a correct rectangular shape, situated on an equal terrain with a small development, with access to Polish roads from the west and bordering agricultural land. The starting price of the property is 7024.00 BGN. On it there are included weights in the Registry Office in Balchik. Anyone interested in the property may review it after prior appointment at the time of the sale. Participation in the bidding shall be made at the account of the court contractor by submitting a request to the A.B.A.. It is mandatory to submit a task for proposals over 30 000 BGN according to the legislation on measures against money laundering. The biders must present the price offered by them in numbers and words, together with a receipt for the package submitted in a sealed envelope. The price proposed may not exceed by more than 30% the declared starting price. The proposals shall be submitted to the Balchik District Court office and shall be reflected in the entry register. The sale of the property will take place on 20.07.2023 at 10:00 in Balchik District Court, accepting only one bidding offer.
