Auction sale of farmland in Plachidol, district Dobrich-selska

Public sale of real estate, organized by private judicial contractor Lucia Taseva in the town of Dobrich was announced. The sale will take place from 20.05.2024 until the end of the working day on 20.06.2024 in the building of the District Court in General Toshevo. The real estate, which is sold under the rules for public sale of real estate under the GPC, is an ideal part of the property in the village of Plachidol, Dobrich municipality, with an area of 3333 sq. m. The starting price for bidding is 3718.80 BGN. The property is located 1100 m. northwest of the construction boundaries of the village, 120 m. from the distance and is of correct rectangular shape. The land is agricultural, category three, processed and accessed by Polish road from the north. There are weights on the property at the Registry Office. The property can be reviewed after prior arrangement at the time of the sale. For participation in the bidding, 10% of the starting price in the account of the court contractor is required. The purchase proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope with a receipt for the submitted order. The sale will take place on 21.06.2024 in the District Court, and each bidder can make only one offer, which cannot exceed by more than 3090 BGN the starting price.
