A corresponding statement for translations over 30 000 BGN is required for participation. The bids must indicate the price offered by them and place the balance in a sealed envelope. The declared starting price cannot be exceeded by more than BGN 3006. The bid is open to all interested parties and will be reflected in the register of the Regional Court.
