A public sale of real estate belonging to M.M.H. was announced as the court contractor Nikolay Nikov announced that from 18.10.2024 to 17 o'clock on 18.11.2024 at the District Court in Tervel there will be a tender for the sale of 14 ideal parts of real estate in the village of Orlyak, the municipality of Tervel, Dobrich. The real estate has an area of 500 sq.m., with a lasting purpose for agricultural activity, category of land - third. The starting price for bidding is BGN 240.00. Participants in the tender should submit a bid of 10% of the starting price to Central Co-operative Bank AD - Dobrich branch. Each working day during the sale the interested parties may examine the property after prior arrangement. The bids may appear at the office of the H.E. to provide the necessary documents and the sales papers. The bidding proposals are submitted to the Tervel District Court in a sealed envelope with a digital and word price. On the property there are registered weights - bans with D.C. reg. Ho2448/01.10.2020, Act 99/2020, Volume 1; forbade by v.r.g. Ho2363/25.10.2021, act 141/2021, Volume 1. The bids of the bids will be opened on 19.11.2024 at 10:00 when the buyer will be announced.
