Auction sale of factory, manufacturing in Kochmar, district Tervel

Public sale of real estate, organized by private judicial contractor Lucia Taseva, has been announced. The sale will take place from 24.07.2023 until the end of the working day on 24.08.2023 in the building of Tervel District Court. The real estate that is for sale is a hardware workshop with a built-up area of 219 sq.m., located at the village of Kochmar, Tervel municipality, Dobrich district. The building was built in 1956 and is currently in poor condition, without a roof, partially destroyed and not used since 2014. The starting bid price is BGN 15 292.80, of which BGN 12 744 are a tax base and BGN 2 548.80 are due VAT. There are weights on the property in the Registry Office. A review of the property can be made on a location arrangement during the sale. An amount of 10% of the starting bid price is required. For translations over 30 000 BGN, the corresponding declaration of origin of the funds is required. The sale will take place in the Tervel District Court building. Participants must report to the court office on 25.08.2023 at 10:00.
