Auction sale of farmland in Karapelit, district Dobrich-selska

Public sale of real estate, organized by private judicial contractor Lucia Taseva in the town of Dobrich was announced. The sale will take place in the Dobrich District Court building from 09.02.2023 until the end of the working day on 09.03.2023. At the auction will be offered land estate with an area of 7302 sq.m, located at the ground of the village of Karapelit, Dobrich municipality, Dobrich district. The property has a lasting purpose for agricultural activity category 3 (third). The starting price of the property is 24000.00 BGN. Different burdens are listed on the property in the Registry Office. For participation in the tender, a fee of 10% of the starting price by bank transfer is required. Bidding agents must present declarations of origin of funds in the case of transfers above a certain amount under the law on measures against money laundering. The purchase proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and shall not exceed the starting price by more than 30%. Public sale will take place on 10.03.2023 in Dobrich District Court.
