Public sale of real estate, owned by Falkner Investment Ltd, organized by the private judicial contractor LUCHIA TASSEVA was announced. The following property will be presented at auction: Yard area with an area of 1150 sq.m. in the village of Chernookovo, General Toshevo municipality, with UPI XXX-153 and built-up area of 100 sq.m. consisting of four rooms, two kitchens and a basement, as well as a one-storey building with built-up area of 36 sq.m. Also, the property includes outdoor taps, asma and fruit trees. The yard is surrounded by a metal fence and has an entrance from the south, and the residential building has massive stone foundations, brick wall and wooden roof. The starting price for bidding is 6000 BGN, excluding VAT due to the lack of registration of the debtor under VAT. On the property there are registered weights and can be reviewed after prior arrangement. The sale will take place at the Regional Court General Toshevo, with participants having to pay 10% of the starting price by bank transfer. Bidding agents must submit declarations under the Law on Measures against Money Laundering. The bidding will take place on 06.03.2025 at 09:00.
