Public sale of real estate belonging to the FREE AD is announced and will be held by the private judicial contractor LICIA TASSEVA in Dobrich District Court. The property is located on Kaliakra Street in the industrial area "North" of the town of Dobrich. It consists of land estate with an area of 69 867 sq.m. and several buildings with different identifiers, the total built-up area of the property is 6515 sq.m. The property is intended for leather, leather and footwear industries. The buildings were built between 1970 and 1978, are not in operation and are in general satisfactory condition.
