Industrial building with an area of 56 sq. m., massive construction, with initial price of 38 140,00 BGN 3. Industrial building with an area of 56 sq. m., massive construction with wooden beam, with initial price of 35 030.00 BGN 4. Transport building with area of 177 sq. m, floor constructions, with initial price of 120 540,00 BGN 5. Industrial building with an area of 54 sq. m., semi-massive construction, with initial price of 33 780,00 BGN. An agricultural property with an area of 11000 sq. m is also described, including the administrative and production buildings built in it. To participate in the sale is required to deposit a bill of BGN 1070 in the account of CSI in United Bulgarian Bank. Bidding agents must submit written proposals in a sealed envelope containing full data and offered price. Proposals exceeding the starting price by more than 30% shall be invalid. The sale will take place on 15.11.2023 at 2:00 in the presence of the bids. The highest bidder will be declared a buyer. In the case of transfers of amounts over 10 000 BGN, a declaration on the origin of the funds is required.
