Auction sale of farmland in Dennitsa, Bolyarovo district

There is a public sale of several ideal parts of several real estates in the village of Dennitsa, municipality of Bolyarovo, Yambol district. The properties are agricultural land with different categories and areas. The initial prices for sale of the ideal parts of the property are determined depending on the property and range from 823.40 BGN to 13895.83 BGN. Property is owned by the debtor Strandja Sakar 2020 EOOD and co-owners who have agreed to sell their ideal parts. The bidding procedure requires the submission of a bid from the valuation to a bank, the submission of a price offer in a printed envelope, with only one offer to be made by the bidder. The proposals are submitted to the DUI's office at RS-Elhovo. Bidding proposals by persons without the right to participate, proposals for a price below the starting price and exceeding it by more than 30% are invalid.
