Public sale of real estate is announced in the village of Slivovo, Bourgas district, municipality of Sredets, organized by private judicial contractor Stanimira Nikolova. The sale will be held in the building of the District Court Sredets from 23.07.2024 to 23.08.2024 until 17:00. The properties to be sold are property of the real estate of "granit, maramor, varovik" Ltd. and include: 1. Land property with identifier 67413.22.172, with an area of 17064 sq. m, categorized as agricultural territory with an initial price of 9 588.00 лв. 2. Land property with identifier 67413.22.173, with an area of 9000 sq. m, categorized as agricultural territory with an initial price of 5056.80 BGN 3. Land property with identifier 67413.22.174, with area of 9000 sq. m, categorized as agricultural territory with initial price of 5056.80 лв. The properties are located in the northern part of the settlement, combined in the urbanized territory. Access to them is through gravel and Polish road. The properties are overgrown with natural vegetation and have a slight debilitation. Anyone who wants to look at the property every Thursday from 14:00 to 16:00 or after a prior appointment with CSI's office - Stanimira Nikolova. The bidding proposals must be deposited in the Office of the Regional Court of Sredets in a sealed envelope, containing the proposed price in figures and words, as well as a receipt for the submitted claim. The starting price cannot be planted and proposals exceeding 30% are invalid. The bidding proposals will be announced on 26.08.2024 at 09:00 in the building of the Regional Court of Sredets.
