Public sale of real estate belonging to the A.C.G. through private judicial contractor Georgi Mihalev was announced. The sale will be held in the building of the District Court in Sredets from 11.02.2025 to 11.03.2025 inclusive. The object of the sale is three parts of agricultural properties in the village of Rosenovo, municipality of Sredets: 1. 1/2 ideal part of land property with identifier 63055.16.3, area 12790 sq.m., with initial price 4 428 BGN 2. 1/2 ideal part of land property with identifier 63055.17.18, area 8008 sq.m., with initial price 2 304 BGN 3. 1/2 ideal part of land property with identifier 63055.30.13, area 11702 sq.m., with initial price 3 204 BGN. The interested may visit the contractor's office every working day and hour to review the documentation. An amount of BGN 1020 is required for each property proposal before participation in the sale. The payment is made by bank transfer to the account of the private court contractor Georgi Mihalev. Bidding is done in writing with a sealed envelope with offered price in figures and words. Proposals exceeding the starting price by more than 30% shall be considered invalid. The proposals must be submitted to the Regional Court Office in Sredets. On 12.03.2025 at 1:00 am at the Regional Court in Sredets will be drawn up a protocol and announced the buyer. The property is banned in favor of the demander.
