The third property is 1/6 i.e. part of land property with identifier 62102.84.3 in the village of Rakovsko with an area of 3000 sq.m. and a purpose for agricultural activity. The fourth property is 1/6 i.e. part of land property with identifier 62102.19.3 c. Rakovskovo with an area of 799 sq.m. and a destination for a vineyard. The fifth property is 1/12/ed part of land property with identifier 62102.501.212 in the village. Rakovskovo with an area of 634 sq.m. and a purpose for low building. The sixth property is 1/12/ed part of land property with identifier 62102.501.77 c. Rakovskovo with an area of 668 sq.m, including a building with an area of 21 sq.m, intended for agricultural activity. For participation in the sale is required a task of 1000 BGN, which must be submitted in advance to the account of the private court contractor Georgi Mihalev. The biders must submit their proposals in a sealed envelope with a receipt for the submitted bid. Proposals exceeding the starting price by more than 30% shall be invalid. The sale will take place on 28.11.2023 at the Nessebar District Court in the presence of the bids, drawing up a protocol and announcing the buyer.
