The properties sold are as follows: 1. 1/2 i.e. from specified agricultural property in the village of Prohod, Sredets municipality, Burgas area of 3101 sq.m. The starting bid price is 756.00 BGN. 2. 1/4 id.h. from another agricultural property in the village of Prohod, Sredets municipality, Burgas area of 3592 sq.m. The starting bid price is BGN 414.00. The properties are burdened with a ban by Private Judicial Contractor Tanya Madzharova. All eligible guests can look at the properties before the public sale by appearing at the Regional Court in Sredets or in the office of the contractor in Burgas. The bidding proposals shall be deposited in a sealed envelope and a receipt must be submitted for it. Bidding proposals that do not meet the requirements are null and void. To participate in the sale is required a bet of 10% of the starting price of the property. A declaration of origin of the funds must be filed under the law on measures against money laundering, on transfers of amounts exceeding 15 000,00 euro.
