They are also prohibited from carrying out burdens which should be taken into account by potential buyers. The bidding proposals must be deposited in a sealed envelope containing information on the property for which they are bid and the price offered. The fee for participation in the sale is 10% of the starting price of the property. Potential buyers must submit a pre-payment in advance to the account of the private judicial contractor.
