Auction sale of farmland in Nevestino, district Karnobat

Public sale of several real estates, owned by K.V.I., organized by private judicial contractor Tanya Madzharova was announced. The sale will take place in the building of Karnobat District Court in the defined period from 04.06.2024 to 04.07.2024 inclusive. The properties subject to the sale include ideal parts of various land properties in the village of Nevesino, Karnobat Municipality, with initial auction prices from 56.00 BGN to 3 752.00 BGN. All properties have a lasting purpose for agricultural activities classified respectively as levels, vineyard and others. The bidding proposals shall be deposited in a sealed envelope in the building of the Regional Court of Karnobat, requiring the introduction of a demand of 10% of the starting price. Persons who are not authorised to participate in the sale as well as proposals for a price below the initial or above 30% are invalid. Transfers of amounts above 15 000,00 euros require submission of declarations under the Law on Measures against Money Laundering. The sale will be declared concluded on 05.07.2024 in the presence of the bids in the Regional Court of Karnobat.
