Those who wish can look at the properties on the ground and submit bidding offers in the District Court of Nessebar or in the office of the contractor in Burgas. The bidding proposals must be deposited in a sealed envelope and contain information about the property, price and package. The fee for participation in the sale is 10% of the starting price of the property. The sale will take place on 16.05.2023 at 11:30 in Nessebar District Court.
