Auction sale of farmland in Krushevets, district Sozopol

A public sale of several real estates was announced, which will take place on 13 March 2023 at 17:00 in the building of the Regional Court of Burgas. The first property is identified by identifier 40124.98.17, with an area of 4986 sq.m, located in the village of Krushevets, Sozopol municipality, Bourgas district. The second property has an identifier 40124.86.1 with an area of 6999 sq.m, also in the village of Krushevets. The third property has an identifier 40124.72.587, with an area of 2000 sq.m, also in the village of Krushevets. The fourth property has an identifier 40124.45.11, with an area of 7999 sq.m, in the village of Krushevets. The fifth property has identifier 40124.16.67, with an area of 2800 sq.m, in the village of Krushevets. All properties have an initial tender price which must be deposited in advance at the account of the private court contractor. The bidding proposals should be deposited in the building of the Regional Court of Burgas. The interested parties may examine the properties at the specified times and places before the public sale takes place. All participants must comply with the participation requirements, including pledges and presentation of declarations of the origin of the funds. Public sale will take place in accordance with the legal provisions and a protocol will be drawn up according to Art. 492 of the PDK.
