The property consists of three ideal parts of abandoned levels located in the village of Kosharitsa, Nessebar municipality, Burgas district. The first ideal part has an area of 65.778 decares and has an initial price of 5 008,40 BGN. The second ideal part has an area of 13.965 decare and an initial price of 1 082,40 BGN. The third ideal part has an area of 20.724 decare and an initial price of 1 429,60 BGN. The properties are of category 8 and have different borders and neighbours, located in different areas of the village of Kosharitsa. The sale will be held in the building of the District Court in Nessebar from 20.12.2024 to 20.01.2025 to 17:00. The interested may report to the firm of the private judicial contractor for a view of the property. An amount of BGN 1020 is required to be paid at those prices prior to the sale. The bids of the bids are submitted to the office of the District Court in Nessebar until 21.01.2025 at 13:30.
