Public sale of real estate, owned by the debtor of the city of Pomorie is announced. The property is located in Kosharitsa village, Nessebar municipality, Burgas district and consists of three perfect parts of abandoned levels. The first part has an area of 65.778 decares, the second - with an area of 13.965 decares and the third - with an area of 20.724 decares. The properties are located in different areas in the village and have different neighbours such as deciduous forest, pastures and other abandoned fields. The public sale will be held in the building of the District Court in Nessebar from 20.12.2024 to 20.01.2025. The bids may offer a price not exceeding the starting price by more than 30%. The sale will take place on 21.01.2025 in Nessebar District Court in the presence of the participants, as a private judicial contractor Georgi Mihalev will draw up a protocol and announce the buyer.
