The period of public sale is from 26.03.2023 to 26.04.2023 in the Regional Court of Pomorie, on 1 Kaloyan Street. The opening of written proposals and the announcement of a buyer will take place on 27.04.2023 at 14:30 in Pomorie District Court. There are observations of protective objections in favour of the applicant for the moving property. All who wish to examine the property can do it on Tuesday and Thursday from 14:00 to 16:00, after a preliminary application at the office of H.D.N. in Burgas, on Slavyanska Street. To participate in the sale, the bids must bring a task to the capital of the Regional Court of Pomorie and present their proposal in an envelope. The proposals shall be submitted to the Regional Court of Pomorie and may be withdrawn by the end of the period for submitting the written proposals. The bidding proposals which are not properly submitted shall not be eligible for participation in the public sale.
