Land property in the village of Grozden, Do Village locality, Sungurlare municipality, Burgas district, with an area of 505 sq.m, with an initial auction price of 376.00 BGN. The properties are of permanent use agricultural land and are subject to various burdens, including previous bans and lease contracts. Those who wish to participate in the sale must deposit a bet of 10% of the starting price of the property, with bids being accepted in sealed envelopes in the building of the Regional Court of Karnobat. Proposals by persons who are not entitled to participate, proposals for a price below or exceeding the starting price by more than 30% shall be invalid.
