The yard is surrounded, overgrown with grasses and shrubs, with semi-destroyed sheds and outdoor toilets. The residential building has stone and brick walls, with tiles roof. The building is in poor condition and not fit to live. The property is located in a poorly populated area with unfinished infrastructure, but with good transport access. The sale will take place from 03.05.2024 to 03.06.2024 in the Regional Court of Sredets. The starting price of the property is BGN 4 560.00. There is a ban in favor of the Bulgarian Bank of Bulgaria.
