Auction sale of business property in Burgas, district Burgas

There is a public sale of a temporary site with a built-up area of 50 sq.m, located in the city of Burgas, Meden Rudnik to the school Petko Rosen. The site has a temporary status of 617 of the PR of ZUT and is built on municipal terrain, and the owner has to pay rent price of Burgas Municipality. The initial price of the site is 13 032 BGN. The bid for participation in the sale is 100 euros or 1 303,20 leva and is imported in advance by bank transfer. Offers for purchase are accepted in the office of the Regional Court in Burgas, the bidding will take place on 16.01.2023 in the presence of the private court contractor. According to Art. 489, Paragraph 6 of the GPC, proposals exceeding the starting price by more than 30% shall be considered invalid. On 16.01.2023 a protocol will be drawn up and announced the buyer of the site.
