Public sale of three real estates, owned by the LCC under T.P.T. is announced. The first property is a grain warehouse in the village of Briastovets, Burgas municipality, with an area of 1,561 decares. The building has a identifier 06776.16.10.10.1 and is a warehouse with a built-up area of 738.00 square meters. The second property is a massive building with identifier 06776.11211.1 located at the village of Briastovets with an area of 2,508 deka. It is a cow shop with an area of 597.00 square meters. The third property has an identifier 06776.16.122.1 and is a cow shop with an area of 629.00 square meters located on an area of 5,625 acres. The sale will be held in accordance with Art. 487 of the GPC in the building of the Regional Court of Burgas, with initial price for the first property 920 BGN, for the second - 19 440 BGN and for the third - 20 480 BGN. The properties are burdened with bans in favor of demands such as U.B.A., S.A.O. and others. Those who wish to inspect the properties on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 14:00 to 16:00 after entering an application in the law firm of the private judicial contractor. The bidding proposals should be deposited in a sealed envelope in the office of the Regional Court of Burgas. The deadline for participation in the sale is BGN 1090 and is paid in advance at the account of the private court contractor. Transfers of amounts above BGN 29 337,45 are required.
