Half of the holiday land in Banya village, Nessebar municipality, Burgas district, with an area of 4451 sq.m., with initial price of 5520 BGN. The sale will take place from 12.06.2023 to 12.07.2023 in Nessebar District Court. Views of the property are allowed every Tuesday and Thursday from 14:00 to 16:00 after a preliminary request in the office of C.D.N. in Burgas. The fee for participation in the sale is BGN 1090 and is paid in advance to the account of HD. For transfers of amounts above BGN 29 337.44 it is necessary to submit a declaration under the Law on Measures against Money Laundering.
