The bids must submit their offer for a price in a sealed envelope together with a receipt for the submitted request in the office of the District Court-Silistra during the public sale. Any person can make only one bidding offer. Public sale ends at the end of the working hours of the last day. The bidding proposals may be withdrawn by the end of the submission period. Bidding proposals that do not comply with the conditions are null and void. The results of the tender will be announced on the next working day in the building of Silistra District Court.
