Auction sale of farmland in Dennitsa, Bolyarovo district

There is a public sale of several ideal parts of several real estates in the village of Dennitsa, municipality of Bolyarovo, Yambol district. The properties are agricultural land with different categories and areas. The initial prices for sale of the ideal parts of the property are determined depending on the property and range from 823.40 BGN to 13895.83 BGN. The ideal parts are owned by the debtor Strandja Sakar 2020 EOOD and co-owners who have agreed to the sale. The interested parties can participate in the bidding by bringing a task of BGN 1090 from the assessment in "I.A.B." in Yambol. Each participant must indicate the price it offers and submit its proposal in a sealed envelope. Only one bidding offer is allowed to any participant. Proposals for a price below or exceeding the starting price shall not be accepted by more than 30%. Persons who are not entitled to participate in the public sale and persons under certain legal members may not participate in the bidding. The acquisition of the property involves obligations such as the payment of local tax, a fee for issuing a decree on the award and entry of the award order. All transfers of amounts above 30000 BGN require a declaration of the origin of the funds. The sale ended on 23.01.2025 at the DUI's office at RS-Elhovo.
