Public sale of real estate, organized by private judicial contractor Gergana Grozeva of the District Court of Sliven was announced. The sale relates to a plotted plot of land with an area of 1050 sq.m., including apartment, basement and secondary building located in the town of Karanovo, Nova Zagora municipality. The starting price from which the public sale will start is 803 000 BGN. On the property are listed different burdens in favor of "Banka DSK." The interested parties may submit bidding proposals from 18.12.2022 to 18.01.2023 including in the office of the District Court of Nova Zagora. It is imperative to submit a fee of one tenth of the starting price for the sale. The proposals shall be submitted in the proceedings of a judicial executive at the District Court of Nova Zagora. Bidding agents may conduct a view of the property after prior arrangement. The procedure provides that each bidder points to its price with numbers and words and submits its proposal in a sealed envelope with a receipt for the submitted claim. The bid will be held on 19.01.2023 in the District Court of Nova Zagora, with oral proposals being accepted by 17:00 on the same day. The sale will take place in the presence of a Regional Judicial Contractor who will draw up a protocol under Art. 492 of the GPC. If a higher price is offered than the buyer, the announced buyer may offer a new bid with a higher step. In the event that any of the participants do not purchase the property, the call shall be returned upon completion of the procedure.
